Successful Conclusion of 66,000 DWT Bulk Carrier built by Yangzi-Mitsui for Singapore Shipowner

On January 23, the fourth unit of new-generation 66,000 DWT ultra-handymax bulk carrier "UTHITA NAREE," built by our group’s Yangzi-Mitsui Shipbuilding for Singapore shipowner, departed from the shipyard wharf and delivered for operation. The construction period of "UTHITA NAREE" was approximately 9 months, which cut massive steel plates in middle April, 2025 and completed the sea trial successfully in early December, 2025, with all test results superior to the R&D design standards.

On January 19, Yangzi-Mitsui held a grand naming ceremony for the vessel. Mr.Suresh Kumar, CEO of Jaldhi, Mr. Song Shuming, Vice General Manager of our group and General Manager of Yangzi-Mitsui, together with representatives from various partners and employees, attended the ceremony. Godmother Somprathana Thepnapaplern named the vessel "UTHITA NAREE" .

 On the same day, representatives from all parties signed the delivery documents of "UTHITA NAREE" vessel, marking the successful conclusion of the project.
