Delivery and Departure of 50,000 DWT Oil Tanker "DELOS T" built for TSAKOS

On the morning of January 13th, the 50,000 DWT oil tanker "DELOS T," built by our group's New Yangzi Shipbuilding for TSAKOS, was delivered and departed from the shipyard wharf. The vessel measures 183.00 meters in length overall, 32.20 meters in moulded width, 19.10 meters in moulded depth and design draft of 11.00 meters. TSAKOS has ordered a total of two 50,000 DWT oil tankers from our company, and this vessel is the first in this series.

On the morning of January 12th, our group and TSAKOS jointly held a grand naming ceremony for this vessel and another sister vessel in same series. Ms. Corina Lazarou and Ms. Elina Pageorgioou, the namers, Mr. Vassilis Pageorgioou, Vice Chairman of the Tsakos Group, Mr. Du Chengzhong, Vice General Manager of our group and General Manager of New Yangzi Shipbuilding, and leaders and guests from relevant partners attended the naming ceremony. 

On the same day, Mr. Vassilis Pageorgioou, Vice Chairman of the Tsakos Group, and Mr. Du Chengzhong, Vice General Manager of our group and General Manager of New Yangzi Shipbuilding, signed the delivery documents of "DELOS T" vessel on behalf of their respective parties.
