Delivery and departure of 8000TEU Container Vessel "KMTC MOMBASA"

On the morning of September 30th, the second 8000TEU container vessel "KMTC MOMBASA," built by our group's New Yangzi Shipbuilding for Lepta, departed from the shipyard wharf and delivered for operation.

On September 22, the naming ceremony for this vessel was held on the same day as her sister vessel "KMTC DAMMAM" of the same type, Mr. Jeong Hyun-yong, Vice President of KMTC, named the new vessel "KMTC MOMBASA," and Ms. Kim Sung-hee served as the godmother of the new vessel. Mr. Katsuya Abe, President of Nissen Kaiun, together with relevant leaders of our group, representatives of our partners, the PD site team, and other guests attended the ceremony.

On the morning of September 30, "KMTC MOMBASA" vessel was successfully delivered via electronic signature.
