Delivery and departure of 7000TEU LNG Dual-fuel Container Vessel "ZIM JADE"

At noon on October 24th, the 11th 7000TEU LNG dual-fuel container vessel "ZIM JADE" built by our group’s New Yangzi Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. for the shipowners SEASPAN and ZIM, departed from the shipyard wharf and delivered to ZIM for operation and started her maiden voyage. The vessel cut the first plate at the end of September, 2024 and was built in accordance with the rules and regulations of class DNV.

 On the morning of September 20th, our group held a grand naming ceremony for this vessel together with SEASPAN and ZIM. Ms. Mavis Cheung named the new vessel "ZIM JADE", cut the string, tossed champagne, and visited the vessel with the guests.

On the morning of October 23rd, "ZIM JADE" completed the signing and delivery.
