Delivery and Departure of the Second 8200TEU LNG (Membrane Type) Dual-fuel Container Vessel "KOTA OCEAN" built for PIL

On May 18, the second 8200TEU LNG (membrane-type) dual-fuel container vessel "KOTA OCEAN" built by our group's New Yangzi Shipbuilding for Singapore Pacific International Lines (PIL) departed from the wharf of the shipyard, delivered and put into operation.

The project was kicked off with an ignition by Mr. Zhang Songsheng, Executive Chairman of PIL in December 2023. The sea trial mission was successfully completed on April 22, 2025，with all test results meeting the design standards. The vessel was built in accordance with the rules and regulations of Lloyd's Register.

On May 14, “KOTA OCEAN” was signed and delivered under the witness of representatives from all parties.
