Delivery and Departure of 50,000 DWT MR Oil Tanker "ELANDRA CEDAR" built for Vitol

On the noon of September 26th, the 50,000 DWT MR oil tanker "ELANDRA CEDAR" built by our group's New Yangzi Shipbuilding for Vitol was delivered and departed from the shipyard wharf. With the efficient collaboration among the shipowner's site team, ABS, and our shipyard team, the vessel was completed and delivered more than a month ahead of the contract delivery date.

On September 25th, our group and Vitol jointly held a naming ceremony for the new vessel. Ms. Jessica, the namer, Mr. David Harrison, Head of Vitol International Shipping Tankers, Mr. Du Chengzhong, Vice General Manager of our group and General Manager of New Yangzi Shipbuilding, as well as representatives from various partners, the shipowner site team, and class attended the ceremony. On that day, witnessed by representatives from all parties, Mr. Rishab Bahl, General Manager of Vitol International Shipping, and Mr. Du Chengzhong, Vice General Manager of our group and General Manager of New Yangzi Shipbuilding, jointly signed the delivery documents of "ELANDRA CEDAR". This vessel is one of the first batch of new tanker projects ordered by Vitol International Shipping in China.
